Halloween

Halloween was great. It's a tradition to go to Nana and Bacca's neighborhood party. They always have homeade root beer, chili, soups and scones.
As you can see I have this thing for the islands so of course the girls were fancy hula girls. The boys rode to the party in Santa's sleigh (stroller adorned with battery operated Christmas lights and garland) as elves.

One of my favorite neighbors growing up sported the cool ride below. He thought he was only going to tote his grandkids for the night but all of the other kids had to have a ride too.

Wouldn't be Nana fashion without holiday packages.

Here are the elves!

You amaze me. 5 costumes! Mimi got jipped this year with no costume. I just didn't have the time or energy to come up with something for her.
Those home made train cars were pretty cool. Noel's invention?

You totally pulled it off. The boys and girls look so adorable! I don't get along with Halloween either. Too much pressure to be clever. How come everyone is so clever, and I'm not? Anyways, I love the pictures of your pops in all the hats too! I can't wait to see you the day after Thanksgiving!!

You win the best mommy award! I need to bring you a prize or something. 5 costumes plus a stressful month probably wasnt the best but you made it through and you pretty much rock my world.

Wait! HA! I just got it. I am sorry for being so slow. I must admit that there was a part of me looking forward to buying some Madame Pumphrey sparkley ballet shoes. Alas! Does Madame Pumphrey have any tricks up her sleeves for fancy boy stuff?

It was wonderful to read your comment on our family blog. Justin my husband still needs to post a lot more pics for every one to see. They have gotten so big since we have brought them home. Almost doubled in size their first month! I appreciate your gesture to come over and help but unfortunately we have moved. We bought a house out in the Queen Creek area to be closer to my husbands work (he is a Pinal County Deputy). We must have been crazy to move while all this stuff was happening in our life, but the old ward, new ward and family have all made it possible. We still come into town very often and would love to stop by sometime when the triplets are bigger. I love your blog it is so cute. Its great to be able to keep in touch with friends and family this way, especially when you are so busy that its hard to talk to every one who wants an update. I'm sure you know exactly what I mean. I will make sure to keep in touch and thank you for all your help it was nice to have a resource.
